Forehead Lift +Facelift (Black) Lift + Neck Lift

This patient presented with concerns of mid-face sagging, which contributed to a heavier and more fatigued overall appearance.

To address this, we combined a forehead lift and facelift, focusing on repositioning the sagging tissues back to their anatomical positions. This approach helped create a more defined and refined impression around the աչyes and overall facial contour.Taking into account the patient’s previous treatment history, the surgical plan was carefully tailored to match the current condition of the tissues. The goal was to achieve a natural improvement without an overdone appearance.Postoperatively, the overall sagging is expected to be reduced, resulting in a brighter, more balanced, and refreshed look.

Facelift (Black) Lift + Neck Lift

This patient already had a youthful appearance, but recently began to notice decreased elasticity in the lower face and neck, causing the overall facial contour to appear less defined. Rather than simply tightening the skin, we performed a Black Lift that deeply repositions and secures the SMAS layer, allowing for longer-lasting firmness and support. At the same time, we addressed the neck area to ensure a harmonious improvement between the face and neck, going beyond a standard facelift approach.

At 1 month post-operation, the patient has already achieved a noticeable rejuvenation effect. In particular, the jawline and neck contour have become smoother and more defined, resulting in a more youthful and refined appearance. As recovery continues, further improvements in skin texture and elasticity are expected, bringing her even closer to the desired look of being both youthful and elegant.

Facelift (Black) Lift + Forehead Lift + Trinity + Revision Lower & Lateral Canthoplasty

This patient presented with hooded eyelids, a relatively long mid-face, and heaviness in the lower face, which contributed to a tired and sharper appearance than her actual age. In particular, the eye area showed excess skin and an upturned outer corner, making it important to create a softer and more approachable impression.

Rather than simply tightening the skin, we performed a Black Mini Facelift by deeply lifting and securing the SMAS layer. At the same time, we reduced unnecessary volume by combining deep cheek (deep fat) and nasolabial area fat removal. This approach allowed for a more structural and comprehensive facial improvement, rather than a superficial lifting effect.

At 1 month post-operation, the jawline and neck contour were already more defined, giving the patient a noticeably more youthful appearance. As recovery continues, swelling and skin texture are expected to further improve, leading to a more natural result. We anticipate that the outcome will closely align with the patient’s goal of achieving a softer and younger-looking image.

Mini Facelift (Purple) Lift

This patient, a woman in her 40s, initially considered non-surgical thread lifting. However, after evaluating her concerns, we determined that a surgical lifting procedure would provide more effective and longer-lasting results, and proceeded with the Purple Lift.

An incision was made from the hairline to the front of the ear, followed by wide undermining beneath the skin. The skin layer, fat layer, and SMAS layer were then lifted and secured in three layers. Approximately 1.5 cm of excess sagging skin was excised to refine the overall facial contour. In addition, to improve mid-face sagging, we also reduced the philtrum length from 18 mm to 13 mm, enhancing the appearance around the mouth. Postoperatively, the jawline and nasolabial folds were significantly improved, along with a noticeable enhancement in the overall mouth expression—resulting in a clear and well-balanced transformation.

 Mini Facelift (Purple) Lift 

This is a patient in their 40s who, after undergoing a philtrum reduction and lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery at our clinic, was satisfied with the results and returned for further treatment. While the jawline was not severely sagging, the patient wanted to address the relaxed jawline and drooping areas around the mouth with a more defined and elastic look, so we recommended the Purple Lift (Mini Facelift).

We focused on balancing the sagging skin and SMAS layer on the right side, which was more lax compared to the left, by removing excess tissue and deep cheek fat. About 2.5 cm of SMAS was excised, and we carefully removed deep cheek fat to prevent marionette lines. Using I.KNOW.U’s transparent suture technique, we avoided any visible stitch marks. Compared to the pre-surgery appearance, the patient now has a more defined and elastic jawline.

 Mini Facelift (Purple) Lift 

This patient had been struggling with sagging marionette lines since undergoing cheekbone surgery 12 years ago. Despite being in their early 30s, they experienced a lack of skin elasticity, and their marionette lines were quite prominent.

We focused on restoring the elasticity of the sagging skin and fascial tissue, particularly in the area where the cheekbones had moved inward, losing support, which caused the skin and fat in the lower face to sag. Additionally, due to a significant amount of fat around the marionette lines, we performed liposuction of approximately 7–10cc per side.

After surgery, the jawline showed significant improvement in elasticity, making the face appear smaller and slimmer. Initially, the scar area may appear slightly red, but by the two-month mark, it becomes barely noticeable. This patient also underwent a revision rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage at the same time as the facelift. Therefore, we are highlighting the changes in the 45-degree and 90-degree side profile photos.

 Mini Facelift (Purple) Lift 

This patient had previously undergone multiple thread lifting treatments and received fillers in the cheekbones and sides of the face. However, they reported that the lifting procedures provided minimal results, and over time, the repeated treatments caused their face to sag and lose definition, leaving them dissatisfied.

We performed the Purple Lift (Mini Facelift) for this patient, and since the neck sagging was not severe, a separate neck lift was not necessary. However, as shown in the post-surgery photos, even pulling only the outer edges of the face resulted in some improvement in the neck contour. The left cheek was more sagging compared to the right, so we removed about 5mm more skin and SMAS fascia on the left side to restore symmetry. Additionally, we removed any previous lifting threads and dissolved all the filler material.

Despite this, there was still a significant amount of deep cheek fat, which we also removed during the facelift procedure. As a result, the overall heavy and asymmetrical facial silhouette was transformed into a smooth and balanced line. In the one-day post-surgery photos, you can see the remarkable recovery with no noticeable bruising or swelling, which is almost unbelievable. ^^

 Facelift (Black) Lift + Neck Lift + Forehead Lift 

This patient had significant sagging around the marionette lines and jawline, as well as deep horizontal wrinkles on the neck. They expressed concerns about these areas during the consultation, and we promised to address them carefully.

By the second week after the surgery, the results were already stable and noticeable. The incision around the ear, which was done without visible stitches, healed quickly within 1–2 weeks, and the jawline had a smooth and lifted appearance. In addition to the facelift and neck lift, the patient also underwent a rhinoplasty revision for a nose surgery performed 30 years ago, which was handled by I.KNOW.U. The forehead lift enhanced the smoothness of the forehead line and softened the overall impression, while the rejuvenated nasal tip helped improve the projection of the nose, giving the patient a more harmonious look. The horizontal neck wrinkles were smoothed out with a soft filler treatment, adding to the overall rejuvenated effect.

With these combined lifting and cosmetic procedures, the patient achieved a more youthful and refined appearance, and they were extremely satisfied with the results, which gave us great satisfaction as well.

This patient had deep, fine marionette lines around the mouth and a significantly sagging neck, resembling a typical "Pelican Neck" or "Turkey Neck" due to aging. The weakened neck muscles caused two prominent vertical wrinkles to appear on the neck.

After the surgery, the deep and tight wrinkles around the mouth were greatly improved, resulting in a much smoother appearance. The facial contours, once angular, were lifted into a softer, oval shape, giving a more refined overall look. The most notable change was in the neck. The horizontal and vertical wrinkles dramatically reduced, revealing a much firmer and more youthful neckline.

The area near the incision, around the front of the ear, which had previously been full of fine wrinkles, now appeared cleaner and more refined despite the scar. Even the earlobe, which had originally looked somewhat droopy, gained elasticity and naturally improved.

 Facelift (Black) + Neck Lift 

The patient had relatively thin skin overall but an excess of sagging skin, which created noticeable marionette shadows. As a result, even though their jawbone was not significantly developed, the width of the jaw appeared broader.

Before the surgery, the patient was most concerned about the horizontal neck wrinkles. To address this, we performed both a neck lift and a facelift to maximize wrinkle improvement. As a result, their facial contours transformed into a well-defined V-line, almost as if they had undergone facial contouring surgery. Using I.KNOW.U’s suture technique, which leaves no visible stitches, scarring was barely noticeable from the beginning. By the one-month mark, the results had improved even further.
