The patient had an unusually short distance between the nipple and inframammary fold. When viewed from the side, the lower part of the breast appeared flat and tight.

We released the original inframammary fold and redefined its position with a natural proportion. By using implants that adequately filled the breast pocket on both sides, we were able to conceal the wide ribcage. As a result, her upper body now has more feminine curves, and her mild scoliosis is no longer visible.

By positioning the implants as far medially as possible, the breast gap was significantly reduced. The inframammary folds were aligned to the same height, and the inverted left nipple was corrected, as the implant gently pushed it outward, restoring a more natural shape.

Accessory breasts are remnants of primitive breast tissue that should have disappeared during fetal development but remain as a bulge in the front of the armpit. Depending on the individual, the amount of fat in this area can be significant.

The patient has a wide shoulder structure and a low body fat percentage, with a relatively wide cleavage. However, her breast pocket is spacious enough to accommodate a larger implant size. Even if two people have the same height, a wider breast pocket allows for a larger implant size.

After the surgery, the lateral breast curves were filled in, and the shoulders appeared less broad in comparison. The overall breast proportion is well-balanced, and the cleavage width has noticeably decreased, enhancing the feminine shape.

The patient is petite with a small frame and limited volume, and the slanted inframammary fold on the inner side of the breasts made the distance between the breasts appear larger.

After the surgery, the lower inner portion of the breasts was sufficiently expanded, resulting in an overall fuller and more balanced appearance. To achieve the ideal proportions, the inframammary fold was slightly lowered, and as a result, the nipple position became natural and comfortable.
