A woman in her 20s visited to improve a tense impression and forehead asymmetry. The asymmetry of her forehead was pronounced, and an imbalance due to the difference in eyebrow height was noticeable. In particular, her right eyebrow was lower than the left, making her right eye appear more tense and heavy. Additionally, the right procerus muscle was more developed, accentuating the asymmetry around the forehead and eyes.
Considering the patient's facial proportions, the amount of resection on the right forehead was adjusted by approximately 0.5 cm more, and the right procerus muscle was further resected for lifting. This procedure helped to correct the left-right symmetry and improve overall balance. After surgery, using IKNOWU's unique "transparent suturing method," the wound was closed with dissolvable stitches to prevent any visible fishbone-like scars without the need for stitch removal.
After the surgery, the distance between the eyebrows and eyes significantly widened, creating a fresh and more open impression. The pronounced eyebrow height difference was corrected, and the forehead was reshaped into a more rounded form, resulting in a balanced and natural proportion across the entire face.
