This patient, a woman in her 30s, was concerned that her overall facial proportions appeared elongated. Rather than simply shortening the forehead, the procedure focused on reshaping the hairline into a soft, arched form to create a more feminine and gentle appearance. The closure was performed using a technique that minimizes visible sutures, allowing for a faster recovery. 

After surgery, the shortened forehead improved overall facial balance, and the hairline was naturally refined, resulting in a high level of satisfaction.

This patient visited the clinic due to hooded eyelids and a somewhat sharp appearance. Although she tried to create a softer look with straight eyebrows, she was concerned about the excessive tension in the medial brow area caused by habitually lifting her eyebrows. We determined that a forehead lift, which directly adjusts the brow position, would be the most effective solution. While she initially considered double eyelid surgery or canthoplasty, she ultimately chose a forehead lift for its faster recovery and clear improvement in overall facial impression.

After surgery, the previously hooded eyelids were improved, making the eyes appear more defined. The overly elevated eyebrows also settled into a more natural position, resulting in a softer and more relaxed overall appearance.

This patient had a narrow forehead and a close distance between the eyes, resulting in a constricted and heavy appearance. Although she previously had a double eyelid crease, it was barely visible due to sagging skin and drooping around the eyes. Rather than immediately opting for an incisional approach in the presence of narrow and thick skin, we first performed a forehead lift to open up the overall proportions and address upper eyelid sagging. A sub-brow lift was then combined to further improve drooping and heaviness around the eyes.

This patient, a woman in her 20s who had previously undergone double eyelid surgery, visited the clinic hoping to achieve a more defined and rounded eyelid crease. She believed that excess upper eyelid fat was the cause of her hidden crease, but in fact, the main factors contributing to her heavy appearance were a short brow-to-eye distance and thick skin, rather than the amount of fat.

Instead of a simple revision double eyelid surgery, a forehead lift was determined to be a more suitable solution, as it could elevate the skin covering the eyes. The rounded and more open eye shape the patient desired could be sufficiently achieved with a forehead lift alone. After the procedure, the distance between the eyebrows and eyes was increased, allowing the previously compressed double eyelid line to naturally become more visible without the need for revision surgery.

Notably, even on the first day after surgery, there was minimal bruising and swelling, indicating a relatively short recovery period.

This patient, a male in his 20s, was concerned about a heavy upper face and deep forehead wrinkles compared to others his age. Although he had concerns about double eyelid surgery, the severity of eyelid hooding and the need for long-term stability and durability led to the decision to proceed with both a forehead lift and incisional double eyelid surgery after sufficient consultation.

The forehead lift was performed using a supra-periosteal approach tailored to the patient’s condition, focusing on lifting deep wrinkles. Adhesions of the superficial wrinkles were also released to allow the forehead to be as smooth as possible. In addition, uneven volume caused by previous fillers was improved and smoothed out overall without separate removal. A woman in her 20s visited to improve a tense impression and forehead asymmetry. The asymmetry of her forehead was pronounced, and an imbalance due to the difference in eyebrow height was noticeable. This 30s male patient had a forehead length of 9cm and a higher right side, creating a visible asymmetry.

The patient desired to shorten his forehead by more than 3 cm, but due to the tight skin, we limited the excision to 2.7 cm to avoid possible skin rupture. The right side of the forehead, which was higher, was carefully adjusted to make the line as horizontal as possible.
