Facelift (Black) Lift + Neck Lift 

This patient had excess skin and fat in both the outer cheeks and double chin areas. In such cases, a delicate liposuction process is essential. The marionette lines were particularly prominent, and the lower face had a wide, square shape.

One month after the surgery, there was almost no visible bruising or swelling, allowing for a quick return to daily activities. We excised over 2.5 cm of skin and SMAS fascia while precisely removing about 10–15cc of fat. As a result, the facial contours dramatically transformed from a square jaw to a V-line. By the two-month mark, the scars had faded to the point where they were almost invisible.
